Abstract
Alkaline phosphatase activity in the skin was demonstrated periodically after tie irradiation of 132r, 264r, 39fr and 528r grenz ray respectively, using ncrmal adult rabbit. Alkaline phcsphatase was demonstrated with Gcmori modified method, histochemically.
The results obtained were as follows:
1. Alkaline phosphatase activity was increased at 48-72 hours but no difference from control group at 96 hours after the irradiation of 132r and 264r grenz ray.
2. Alkaline phosphatase activity was increased at 72 hours but no difference from control group at 96 hours after the irradiation of 396r and 528r grenz ray.
